I offer tailored training plans for you to take away and use to achieve your goals.
When writing a training plan, I first undertake a 60-90 minute consultation to identify your needs, goals and abilities, any medical condition or injuries, and how many sessions per week you want to train and so forth. This can be done in person or remotely.
I then develop your plan and offer a 1 hour Personal Training session to support you to understand it and to take measurements and a fitness test to form a baesline from which you can measure your progress.
Throughout the duration of the plan I offer optional accountability check-in’s, to support you and suggest any tweaks or changes as appropriate, and to provide ongoing motivation. Personal training sessions can be booked along the way if you would like extra support, and a final fitness test can be re-run at the end of the plan to measure progress.
