I offer personal training sessions to help you work towards achieving your goals, whatever they may be.
All personal training begins with a 60-90 minute consultation. During this session we sit down together to discuss your goals, your current health and fitness, any health conditions or injuries, likes and dislikes, preferred frequency of sessions and so forth, and to agree a way forward. This gives me the basis to plan your training and tailor it to meet your needs. We then get started with the training sessions shortly after.
Sessions can be 1:1 or in small groups of up to 4 people. I can bring the gym to you and we can train in your home, outdoors, in your apartment gym or my local gym with whom I have a partnership – wherever you prefer.
Sessions are structured around your goals and aimed at improving your techniques and understanding as well as motivating you to succeed. Payment is always in advance and if sessions need to be cancelled payment is rolled over with 48 hours notice. Session length is dependent on the goals and preferences of the client, but typically lasts for an hour.
