1-1 or small group sessions tailored to you. These can be regular or adhoc and can be used to regularly motivate you to stick to your plan, or on an as and when basis to teach you correct form and technique for example. Prices from £35 per hour.
Benchmarking and fitness testing
If you have particular goals in mind, whether it is fat loss, increasing lean mass or improving cardio fitness, it’s important to know where you are starting from so that you can monitor improvements over time. You can then see how your training and diet are working in order to make any further changes and improvements.
