I prefer to work with my clients to identify the package that best suits their needs, and their budget. I work with people face to face and remotely, in the gym or in their own home or another suitable location. I can be flexible to help you meet your goals.
Examples of packages:
- Online consultation, 6, 8 or 12 week training plan developed for use by the client in their own gym for their appropriate number of sessions per week. They will then check in with me at least once a week by phone, email or messaging. I am also available during the week for any advice when needed. The plan is amended as appropriate depending on progress throughout.
- Online consultation, weight management and nutritional support identified. Eating plan developed and guidance on appropriate supplementation given. Advice on exercise provided, or training plan developed. Client checks in with me on a weekly basis by phone, email or messaging. I am also available during the week for any advice when needed. The plan is amended as appropriate depending on progress throughout.
- Face to face consultation, 12 week package booked. 12 week package includes a 12 week training plan and 1 – 3 PT sessions per week. 12 week nutritional support and eating plan, guidance on suitable supplementation. Online support between sessions if needed to keep you on track.
- Face to face or online goal setting and accountability. Consultation to discuss the issues that are concerning you regarding your health and wellbeing right now, and to identify solutions to address them. Together we work on targets and plans to take steps to improve your health and fitness. I remain your accountability coach throughout this process, checking in with you weekly, or more if required.
